Guys it still doesn't mean they can't sponsor a couple of races. For Example: The Subway Fresh Fit 400, or the Coca Cola 600. That would be the only sponsorship they'd be willing to do. They probably do sponsor some "grass roots" racing like SCCA, Nasa Pro Racing, U.S. Legends, etc.
