I thought it was pretty funny. If there's one thing we don't want, that's for the races to get boring.

Looks like Bruton fixed Bristol to me. All three races were good. The racing on Saturday night was awesome.
The thing that gets me is that there were no fines and no discipline for this. Had it been a Busch brother throwing that helmet a suspensions fines and point deductions would have been flying all over the track. NASCAR really need to stop there picking and choosing of who they like and who they don't... especially Tony Stewart with his past he should have been fined at the very least and put on probation!

Not that I don't enjoy the entertainment factor but I truly believe that everyone should be treated the same and when u act like an idiot no matter if its Kyle Busch, Kurt Busch, Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson or any of the other 40+ drivers on the circuit. NASCAR picks and chooses who it wants to punish just like they pick and choose when they want to throw cautions (Watkins glen last lap oil slick). As I said before I enjoy the entertainment just as much as anyone else but think its unfair for them to be so close minded!

Tony is a lot of things, but first and foremost he is a winner. And his temper may be a little out of control, but so what? His sponsorship loss had nothing to do with him. It all. Comes down to money, and I'm sure he will have another big sponsorship again. I like him, but that's just my opinion. I like NASCAR too, I think it's an excellent sporting event to attend in person.

Yes and no my friend. Everyone is feeling the pinch when it comes to the economy. Tony's infamous helmet toss at Bristol was just gasoline on an open fire that was started after he lost the U.S. Army Sponsorship on Ryan Newman's car (#39). Ryan Newman also came to him to let him know that he might not resign with Stewart Haas Racing next year at that time. Ryan Newman did resign with SHR but they will have no title sponsors for at least half of the season. You can't race in Nascar without sponsorship for very long. Now Tony Stewart might have a few deals cooking behind the scenes but we won't know for sure until the coming weeks. Tony Stewart is locked into the chase and last season he won half of the races in the chase. This season will be alot more interesting now that Darian Grub is with Denny Hamlin this season.

That's a really good question my friend. The amount of revenue they take in is unreal. Same deal with Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. In fact drivers use Facebook and Twitter daily.

Could you imagine a bid blue F on the hood of a car or a light blue car with a white twitter bird on it? Lmao that would be great to see!

I couldn't disagree more with your premise about Tony Stewart. Think back a couple of years. Office Depot was sponsoring Carl Edwards. Carl has a clean cut, goody two shoes image. Office Depot dumped Carl and Roush racing to go with Stewart-Haas.

If Office Depot is pulling out, it's because they decided to spend their marketing dollars elsewhere. Smoke brought Office Depot championship winning exposure last season and 3 team wins this year. Office Depot has decided to budget their dollars somewhere other than NASCAR next year, that's all.

Tell me about it. We can also add Craigslist to that as well as racing junk.

Trust me dude. I know how Tony Stewart is behind the scenes. The economy had alot to do with it more than anything else. The helmet toss was just a sign of how much things were getting to him. You have to keep in mind that Tony Stewart is also an owner and not just a driver and he sees alot more than he use to. He can be a real prick when wants to be and it has cost him alot in the past. Office Depot's contract with Roush Racing was up and Jack Roush didn't want to renew their contract because he had a much better offer with Aflac. Office Depot didn't want to pay enough to stay on board because they can't due to financial hard times. Next season will be hard for alot of race teams and owners. Also the cars will be changing as well. The Fords will look like Mustangs, Chevy will be using the Camaro, and if there were going to be any next season, the dodge charger will look like the ones you see on the track. Penske is the last owner to use Dodge and he'll be going to Ford next season.

It was announced today that Smoke will have a new co-primary sponsor for 2013. That being Bass Pro Shop/ Mobil 1. I guess he is a winner yet again.
