Howard the Laker

Well Dwight Howard, formerly a Magic player is now a LA Laker.

Gee big surprise there... yeah he really took off at the end of the season to get his sore back looked at in LA, more like hang with Kobie while he team suffers and he plans his next move to be a Laker. Sort of a deja vu for Orlando. I think the Magic needs to quit calling superstars Superman, because they both flew off to LA.

In my opinion, the NBA has become sort of a joke with all of these superstars loading up teams to win championships. This is the reason why I only watch the NHL and NFL.

Im a big College sports fan, i enjoy the intensity.
The pros are just doing there job.
That being said i dont think LA will win any more than they usually do. Bryant is getting old lol

Yes but they brought in Steve Nash along with Howard, they will be the team to beat.

I agree, just imagine making 7-10 mil a year plus the benefits to play basketball and stay in shape. All being catered too like we could not imagine. All professional sports are either at that point or getting there.

I have no idea how Orlando is going to sell all those expensive seats in the new center, without any stars.

I stopped being a magic fan when they fire stan. Howard is a joke. Heat fan now and college sports is starting to grow on me. Going to be going to a lot more gator games this year.

I don't get how someone can call themselves a fan then like another team all of a sudden. Anyway, Nash, Kobe, MWP, Pau, Howard, Jamison, Jodie Meeks, and Jordan hill is SCARY. Can't wait to see how they play.

Yeah scary for like what...A year maybe two? And don't say shit about being a fan. You don't live in Orlando and know what it was like to go though all of that mess and in the end your left with shit. Magic is the worst managed NBA team. So fuck D howard

Being a fan means you stand by your team no matter what. I've endured so many losing seasons with my football team and not signing anyone in free agency and I'm still a fan. And no, the lakers will be scary for MUCH longer than a year. If Dwight re signs that will just lure more players to Los Angeles. So once Kobe and Nash are gone, the lakers won't have a problem finding more guys to play around Dwight.

Lol is all I have to say to that. Lakers always find ways to win and once Nash and Kobe are gone they will have plenty of cap space to do whatever they want. You don't know much about the NBA do you? Probably just another Lebron nut hugger.

The lakers also have a much improved bench. They already have the best starting lineup in the league and with a solid team I personally think the lakers are just as good as Miami. No one on miami can guard Dwight. They will double him and leave another guy open. Heat have an improved as well so I say between the two benches in Miami and la, it's pretty even.

Nash>chalmers
Kobe and wade are even
Lebron>MWP
Pau>bosh(if you say otherwise you're stupid)
Dwight>any Miami center
