Well... if guys like Phillip Rivers, Drew Brees, Brother Peyton, Aaron Rogers, Brett Favre, and Dan Marino can be considered elites and/or HOF Shoe ins with less SB rings... How can a man who has PROVEN his worthiness and ability in the biggest game twice not be considered elite?! Sure before this year, yeah not quite...but the moment he held the Lombardi trophy and given the keys to a kick ass GM vehicle for the second time. That changed. I think he's earned the right to be compared to the greats.

Wanna hear something funny?! I hate the Giants, annoyed by the name Manning, and dispise the fact he did it twice... but I see the facts and cannot argue its logic. Only a true Eli hater at the core could deny what he has earned.

I hate Brady, Brees, Rogers, and Rivers... But cant deny and have to respect their accomplishments.

This.

I can say the same exact thing. I hate Brady, but the dude is elite, and a great QB. He's from Boston, and Manning is in New York. And a future hall of famer. The two towns where I can't stand their sport teams. Like, the Yankees for example. I hate them, and I hate Derek Jeter, but I respect him as a player.

Not really... I count 9 ints and 28tds... pretty freekin close on my calculator... but lets compare this... Eli: 2 Favre: 1. What is the number of championships they won.

You want to boast about first 8 years.

Troy Aikman - 3 Superbowl WINS, in first 8 years. Eli cant touch that record.
Youre right... Aikman was an elite QB. But I think there even in SB MVPs.

And its not that Eli/Giants outplayed their oppenents to get to the SB. As I already said, most of these games are coming down to the least mistakes and who has the ball last. (with a reasonable amount of time left - 4min)

Or (luck)
right again. Eli made the least amount of mistakes... or he stayed cool under pressure. Another trademark of an elite qb.

Brady had plenty of time and opportunity when HE had the ball last... and last I checked he's already punched his ticket to Canton. He made mistakes... Eli didnt.

Pooleo I can't agree with you more . The last 5 minutes of every game is where its won or lost . Brady is an outstanding clutch quarterback and has the wins to prove it . It could have gone either way and I agree if there was another minute we would have had a better chance to win as we would have had a possibilty to overcome Welker's drop . Next year is going to be better as I have a feeling we are going to be more experienced . These guys are early 20's . wait till they get to their potentials and some adjustments are made at the corners and pass/rush . Also a long ball wide reciever that can stretch the field , and I believe we will be MUCH better than 2nd place ....
