I lived in Laplace, a suburb of New Orleans for 7 or 8 years. They're saying "Who Dat". It's a big thing in New Orleans and for the Saints. The saying "Who Dat" is the short version of "Who Dat Said they goin beat dem Saints".

Terrible grammar, and it's always said with a strong Cajun French accent. If I hadn't heard it a million times over the last years then I'd think they were made up words.

hey it happens even with in the govt org. I've seen terrible grammar on memos that gets passed around.
