I am a huge baseball fan, and I have family in Tampa, FL. When I am not rooting for the Cleveland Indians or the Chicago Cubs (bec. I got hooked watching WGN-TV), I follow the Rays. I am more of a National League fan since I used to like the New York Mets, so I never liked the Yankees. Also, I like rooting for the underdog. Originally, I would have liked to see the Rays playing Milwaukee, and since it is about time that someone represents the American League Central, I now want the Tigers to play the Brewers. It would be nice to have the Tigers win a World Series for a change. I can remember in the 80's when they made the playoffs the last time, but I don't think they can hang in there and win in N.Y. It sure would be nice, though.

Rangers baby!
Never won a championship so I'm hoping they will finally win one this year. If not I will be rooting for the Tigers. My sisters friend plays for the Tigers, Delmon Young. Go Rangers!

AS long as the Cardinals are still in it that is my pick. If they happen to not move on. I would take anyone over the Yankees.

Looks like the Yankees lost last night. I like Detroit and Texas.

I cant stand Brewers either.

I forgot that Texas never won a World Series, but I'm still rooting for Detroit. I think the Tigers have an uphill battle. So, I know I can Google, but if I'm not mistaken only 4 teams have no World Series win -- Cleveland, Texas, Tampa Bay, and the Chicago Cubs?

I'm pulling for Texas just because I'm a huge fan of Josh hamilton and they deserve to win their first title. Second team is the tigers prolly. I'm not a huge fan of baseball thou lol

Chicago has won 2 world series titles. Haven't won since 1907 though.

Well, since my Rays are out of contention, I would love to see the Cardinals and The Tigers. Something different will be good for baseball. I'm sick of seeing the Yankees, Phillies, and the usual teams competeting for a title.

Rays will be back next year though. We had an AMAZING season, so I'm not to dissapointed in the Rays not making it. And since the Yankees lost, I've felt a lot better about us losing.

ANYONE BUT THE YANKEES!!

I forgot about the Red Wings, and I can't get into professional football. My wife and I were talking yesterday, and that is one thing that makes Thanksgiving so great besides the food.

Sucks living in Florida, espically Tampa. Since they have their spring training here, so there's all these ignorant Yankee fans here.
