If youre buying from a gunshop or dealer then there shouldnt be any problems.

Yea thats what Im doing. Im guessing you ship from the online dealer to a dealer close to you? Then you go in ther submit the paperwork and they do what ever?

Most of the time when you buy online, you pay shipping and other fees(if any) from the selling dealer and FFL fees from the dealer you have it shipped to. You'll most likely get a better deal if you just have your local dealer order it for you. You can try www.gungenie.com .....prices are generally good and they have a list of dealers to choose from in your zip code.

I was reading a reveiw that said the SU 16C was the illegal one and the A was alright. The C was illegal because of the stock. I think the only reason the A may have been illegal was because of the Clip. Either way Im glad you brought that up because IMO the CA looks better than the A but it has the perks of both in it. The better sights of the C with the folding feature of the A plus the stock. Plus it already comes with the 10 round mags

Heres the A.

Heres the CA

So all in all I would be better going to a California gun dealer and ordering it there?

According to the site both CA legal
