Anybody else build outdoor rinks?

Any of you northern guys build your own back yard ice rinks or play on frozen ponds? Post some pics.

We still got that nasty warm weather from the winter classic hanging around here so I havent froze my driveway yet this year, but heres last years version.

Thats a nice one, I like those lights he has, I just have a few lights off the house and some halogen work lights, they work though.

Your poor driveway!! Why not put it in the yard somewhere?

When my little brother was younger, all his friend and him played hockey. My dad build up a huge ass rink in our back yard. Watered every night for a month straight, ended up being about 8 inches thick. They played hockey on it till April.

My wife and I bought a new house last year and it included the hockey rink the previous owner had built in the back yard... it's pretty cool
Very large, boards, liners, dasher,paved,screen back stop and flood lights... only problem I have is like 02maz... it's been too warm to make ice pics are old all the snow is gone and my lawn is starting to get green again

Your pretty lucky zx6rrdan,I really wish I had boards, I just try to pile snow up and that keeps the puck in, but we can't hit that well. I just checked out the weather and its supposed to get colder here so I might start laying down some water tonight.
