Default camping/hunting pack

heres another big decision point: badlands 2200 or 2800 or eberlestock x2.... opinions and experience?

im gonna be using it for camping, hunting, fishing, etc. it will be my go to bag for any outdoor trip. i relatively small (5'6" and 155-160lbs, varies as a xc runners wieght should) and i love to travel light and fast.

the 2200 is about $200-220 depending on where ive looked. the x2 is $179.99 on eberlestocks site. im sure there are more cost effective packs out there but these are names i keep hearing so i figure theres got to be something good about them.

What will you be doing with the pack. $200 bucks for a daypack is a little much to me.

There are a lot of good companies out there, so look around you might be surprised. REI, Kelty, Arc'teryx You can find a good day pack for about $100 bucks.

I have a REI Alpine daypack. I don't think it is made anymore. It is 8 years old. I use it almost everyday. I use it camping, hunting, hiking, traveling. It has put up with a lot of abuse.

its be more than my day pack. im looking for something a little lighter than a frame pack and a little bigger than a day pack. i like the eberlestock x2 alot because how flexible in use it can be. plus its $180 compared to $200. i guess im pretty much sold on it already
