I cant watch Nascar anymore... I used to work at Pocono Raceway When I was a kid...I had my fill of that stuff LOL!

Yeah, gonna be an interesting year. At least the cars look better and the young guns over in nationwide have a chance at the title now.

Can't blame the economy......when one team wins 5 championships in a row, someone is being permitted to circumvent the rules. Jimmy Johnson is barely average in IROC and in BGN he was disappointing.....put him in a Hendrick Sprint Cup car and he is running all over everyone. Hendrick owns Nascar. I watched Nascar up until the 48 team was caught and permitted to cheat on several occasions.

i watched the little mini race last weekend and if thats any preview to waht this season will be it looks pretty good! over 200 mph.

they're adding pressure relief valves to the coolant systems to slow them down.

Which it wont, instead the engine will over heat and blow up.

I don't watch nascar, but i did get a lot autographed stuff (my godfather worked for DUpont) from jeff gordon in the late 90s when he drove the pepsi car I believe, but I read a lot of your threads about how nascar has tone downed, doesn't it feel like that with most sports now. Hockey is tone down, CFL is not what it used to be, Some people are losing interest with the NFL. Heck the only thing that hasnt change is the status of tv poker lol. What happened to sports in the last decade.

Well it would get more interesting if you didnt see fucking Kyle Busch at the lead of alot of the races for the whole race.
And also the long green flag runs, Puts me to sleep, Ive fallen asleep in the stands quite a few times from that.
I dont care, ill always be a fan.

I think NASCAR should wave that passing under the yellow line at Daytona and 'Dega on the last lap. Hamlin should have won the shootout IMO, and i'm a Roush guy.
