Default Mild Off Roading in Houston Area?

Hey guys, I just moved to Houston from SoCal and have this beautiful machine (left) that I believe is decently ready for some trails. Are there any beginner trails around that I can use to gain some experience? Thanks for the help.

I loved when I lived in Houston. Way better than being out west. You can go to bolivar by Galveston and play in the sand

Awesome, always wanted to drive around on the shore! Is there any way onto the peninsula other than all the way around? Any places with mud that'll give me a reason to wash my truck? Haha

You can get on with a group and go to brazos valley off road outside of college station. You can't go as an individual though.

To get to bolivar go down 45 to Galveston. Should be signs for a ferry to the left.
