Wild Wing Cafe in North Raleigh (Brier Creek area) has some amazing wings. If you ever make it up this way let me know. Plus there is a pretty awesome arcade/minigolf/go kart place right around the corner. It has been about 2 years since I have been to either place but I imagine both are still there.
