I remember last year on January 14th, I got the new interior for my F100. The next morning, I woke up to a sheet of ice on the F100. Count on it being this cold the day of the meet too.

It looks like most of us only have 2wd anyway. I don't see any real hardcore trail riding anyway.

I know a few places for hardcore stuff, but I don't think any of us have anything that's able to go through it.

Honestly, I like this trail idea. Its the only solid legit thing we have had going. Sounds like a great opportunity to stop and get pics drive a little and stop to eat, etc. all with out being paranoid of whether or not we are doing something wrong lol. Shaun, How far away is this trail from our original meeting place, and is there a place near this trail that would be better to meet at?? I am open to moving the initial meet spot as along as everyone is on board?

I need to find out where the trailhead is. When I went there my buddies and I found it from a back road.

The reason we set the meet at the visitor center is because it was trackable on a map/gps/etc. If we just met at the trail head, then it'd be quite hard for people to find. So the plan was to meet at the visitor center, and then drive out to wherever our solid meet places was. Unfortunately, being a Forest, there hasn't been many good open areas to meet and hang out. That's been half the battle.

I'm looking now for the trailhead, and I'll update when I can get a distance.

Alright guys, I'm not finding much as far as a good simple map goes.

I did find info on the trail on the Forest Service website, which i've put a link to below my post. I *think* the map they show on the page is where the trailhead is, but don't quote me on that, because i'm not sure. They also provided a pdf map of all the allowed trails, but it's quite confusing, at least for me. If anybody else wants to decipher it, I included a link for it too.

ya i want to do the trail, and shaun is right, we were just trying to get the visitor center place so people can look it up and find it cus it has an address. shaun is also going out to look at some open places so if anyone doesnt want to go they or dont want to take the truck off roads can stay there and hang out while we go on the trial and then we can easily go bac to the place they are staying so we can get bac together. shaun should......be going out today and looking at two places we found on map that might be good place to have everyone stay that doesnt want to go.

dont forget everyone, BRING CAMERAS and take many pics to make everyother state jelious of the best meet ever
