Default ABS computer programming in Norfolk, VA area

Hello,
I own a '96 2 wheel-drive XLT with 4 wheel ABS. I replaced the ABS module with one from a similar vintage 4WD Explorer and the ABS light predictably lights at 20 MPH due to not seeing the not installed acceleration sensor.

Does anyone know how to reprogram the module or know a good independent shop that could do it for a reasonable price? I would like to avoid the local dealer, I'm not impressed with their customer service.
