Default Solid front axle for 04

My buddy is helping me throw in a solid front axle but is too much of a stoner for me to trust all his decisions. What do I want for axles?

Jack it up at least four inches and strong enough for mudding and off road

Ah "mudding and offroad" sounds like d44 to me. Which is good to a 35-37" tire depending on driving ability and terrain.

Good to know. I was planning on tearing this all out of a jeep if it had what I need. That something I might find in a wrangler?

Wanted to put her on 33" mud terrains. The stock ranger with all terrain/mud tires just isn't doing what i need it to.
