starting SAS on an 85 ranger
starting a dana 60 and sterling 10.5 axle swap in my ranger will post pics of everything i've gotten so far
anyone know if they make coils big enough to run 42s or would i have to get some king coils or fabtech seem to be the only two kinda i can find who make them big enough

I can run a set of 42's with mine right now with XJ 3" coils...I do not know what you are really are getting at size wise. Can't wait to see pictures of it though.

well right now i got skyjacker 8'' but i was thinking running kings in it or fox air shocks with coils but cant find a coils big enough

Remember when you swap away from the TTB the coils will give a different amount of lift. How much lift do you think you will need? With 4.5-5" of lift I can run a 42" just fine...

really ? so with a dana 60 if i got a skyjacker 9'' lift coild for a 77-78 bronco how much more lift you think thatll give me ?

holy shit ! i may just run thoes till i can afford some coil overs think that would be a good idea? thoes should clear 42s easily

the ttb wont hold up to them i barely cleared 40s , i downsized to 36s last year
i need to find someone with 8'' lift blocks before i constinue

They would cost just as much as getting proper leafs which don't have all of the negatives. Tacked in place or not they still come out pretty easily.

They can. And its not as prone to breaking. Its that much more stress on those ubolts and a block that big is gunna want to fly its ass out of there.
