Why don't you like fords engines? All the modular V8's are great! 4.6 5.4 and the 6.8 V10. And the 5.0 has been around since the beginning of time. Pretty sure ford was the first in the usa to use a v8.

Not cancelled. The Cab and frame might have been crushed, but I kept the vin tag. And the Vin will live on, just not in ranger form.

I like simplicity. LS motors are nice and simple and more compact then the modular motors. I don't like OHC motors, harder to work on. LS motors have proven they can take massive amounts of abuse and make great power. No brainer for me.

Chassis is in the garage for the build to start. Im half way through the assembly of my wheels and tires. You can see one in the background. The outer rim half is New Holland blue and the inner is gloss black.
