Power washed the front axle today. It had alot of grease and grime on it. There was a decent pile of crap that was laying all around it after I was done.

So the truss is solely for beefing up the frame? Just curious how much this and the d60 hydro steering rig is listed for online and what site its on so i can take a look. I picked up a front d60 and sterling rear for my ranger.

The truss is for the front axle. it strengthens the housing, holds the front hydro ram, and gives me a place to mount my link mounts. you can see it on an axle in the pic below. They also make non-hydro versions that doesnt have the huge wedge on the front side.

I think you're going to have a hell of a time, even with the gearing, to get going. Unless you're planning on some performance mods? And I love everybody's reaction to this. Lmao

Im going to have no problem getting it going.

Stock 1st gear (3.40:1), in 4lo (2.48:1) with 4.10:1 gears, I had a 34:1 final drive.

With this setup, I will have Stock 1st gear (3.40:1), 4Lo (5.0:1), 5.86:1 gears.
Final drive of 100:1.

I can also swap the gear set in my trans out for the non-4.0L gearset which gets me a 3.70:1 first gear and that changes me to 108:1 final drive.

Gearing sounds about right to move those tanks....

Are those like small farm tractor tires? =D

Looks mint though. I am loving the half door, I made a set on the wrangler I had.
