Re: SAS swap+lift
Found my rear axle. 10.25 off of a 1999 e series with disk brakes, hopefully it is still sitting at the upullit this weekend when I come back with tools and a truck to haul it off.

Re: SAS swap+lift
The rear axle went with a D70 for a couple of reason's they had one and it has disk brakes already.

Re: SAS swap+lift
Got some junkyard rims and tires for rollers and since I have a similar set of rims on the way I figured I would experiment with these
Original rusty rim
Rust removed
Self etching primer
Cheap black gloss paint
I also picked up a new master cylinder this one should be valved for front and rear 1 ton disk brakes it came off of the E350 I pulled the axle from.

ABS on the van? I would double check that the proportion valve isnt built into the abs controller and not the MC.

Re: SAS swap+lift
Tore down the D70 today little bit of bad news its only a 32 spline not a 35 spline. Oh well something that can be upgraded when it turns into an actual issue.
^guess which side has a bad seal in it.

After googling around the wiring is for cruise control not ABS.

3" BDS XJ coils and are you asking about the spring perches or control arms? Both are custom fab on mine.

Re: SAS swap+lift
Rear axle is now out and XJ 1" shackles are in. They are only going to give .5-75" of lift, but are a lot beefier.
Measured the ring gear on the rear axle found out it is actually an HD D60 32spline. Good news is 35 spline shafts fit without machining and gears/carriers are cheaper.
