You can bugger off. I "built" plenty parts that went into my particular truck post D30 swap little bit more fab involved when you aren't installing off the shelf parts. Aren't you still rocking the truck your mom and pops purchased for you?

I can't either. Going to have to get deaver to make some new coils for the front...I feel like the stock XJ ones will be a bit sad.

Probably so. thats going to be so much power under the hood. How long do you think it will take to have it in?

I am deployed thru Julyish so wont start until I get back. I imagine late August it should be done unless my father-in-law gets it started for me.

Keeping 5.38's no reason to change them. I want to say the 6.8L redlines at 5300RPM with all things the same using the ZF-6 in it theoretical top speed is ~150MPH. I think I will be ok

It's going to be hell. This motor will require a ton of work to message into the front of this thing without relocating the firewall. I don't want to do that so I am hoping for the best. I should be able to get away with stuffing the radiator forward, running a push fan and moving my tranny cooler along with the power steering cooler in front of the pusher fan. I really hope I can stuff a pull fan in as well since the radiator will be about at its limit for cooling ability.
I look forward to seeing another ranger SAS as well.
