Solid axle swap
Would it be possible to put a solid axle out of a 80s to early 90s on a 2001 ranger

Alright thanks. Do you know the best gears I would want for my truck. I'm putting a 4in lift and 33s on it and eventually a 4.6 motor

Outside of the f350 fords did not have a solid axle in the 80/90's 1979 was the last year for half tons with a solid d44. F350's had ttb d50's from 80-86 and then solid 60's from 86-97. 150/250's had a ttb 44/50 for the 80-90's...
So what solid axle are you getting?
