Meet Thread Guidelines

Since we all know how annoying it is to have to sift through pages and pages of a meet thread in order to find all the relevant info I think we should put a sticky in the regional forums on how to make a good meet thread. I'm not sure what all to put in it but one important thing would be to remind the OP to keep their first post updated with info such as date, time, address, and any other details a member would need if interested in attending.
If you have any other additions post them in this thread and I think it'd really help make the info easier to find and the meet more successful.

You can search inside threads. See:
