Have you assigned any Moderators? It seems you're all over this and I commend you for that, but you're proably burning your knuckles off trying to resolve all the issues. It's a new site, new people, but if you see someone who's on here a lot at has a lot of know-how....wouldn't hurt to ask them if they have any experience with this and would like to be a mod. You can give them access to the control panels that allow them to move threads to correct topics, edit people's posts for banned material, and keep the peace when needed. I'm one of the Mods over on HRRangers.com, and we seem to be able to get the job done with the few of us, but this site isn't just local like ours and you could probably use a lot more brainpower/hands.

Just an idea...tryin to keep you in mind, I know this gets insane. Our site was created by one of our members brothers and seems to be running pretty well. It was made with a different site....can't remember the name. One thing we did as a local site is block some content from all viewers and only make it available to those who become members...kind of as incentive for people to join too.

There really is a lot going on with running a site, and I think you're doing an awesome job, keep up the great work!

This forum is fun to run so I'm not stressing myself when working on it.

Fortunately, there aren't too many issues that actually require moderation (yet). Everyone is treating each other with respect and I have the forum locked down so spam bots can't register and post spam so I haven't had to do much moderation at all.

The main issues are more strategic.... spreading the word, site design, new sections, etc.
