Changing post title? Modify Post Title
How do I update the title of a post...I have clicked edit twice and it allows me to change the title I click save and the title in the post wasn't changed...HELP!

If it's after a certain period of time you can't edit the title. Report it and one of us will change it.
You can just edit out one of your posts to have the contents removed.
