Default Auto Sign Out

Can I increase to auto sign out in the user control panel? Site seems to prompt me to re sign in way to often.

Do you leave the computer logged into FRF for periods of time? There is a set time for auto log off due to idle time.

Yes sometimes, But I just had to log in about three times in an hour.
Is that something on my end? I have not experienced it on other forums.

Automatically signing a user out after a period of inactivity is a common practice due to the possibility of users signing in through public computers or friends computers and forgetting to sign out.

Next time you sign in check the "remember me" box and you will stay signed in indefinitely.

For the most part. For a while, I was having a problem with staying signed in, even when I checked the box. Turns out it was the particular version of Firefox that I was running.

The point is, if someone checks the box but it doesn't keep you signed in, it's not the fault of the forum.
