Default notification?

it would be nice to have notifications about a post that you post. to notify you about new posts on that post instead of trying to go back and find them i no you can from your profile but that can get annoying trying to find your post in the mix of a few different posts

Kinda. You can set it to automatically subscribe you to threads without an email notification. Then you can simply check to see which of your subscribed threads have updated. Or It might be easier to just click the "Threads I Posted In" link next to "my posts" to see which threads you posted in have updates.
