i think that instead of closing out the thread, we should just delete the thread. correct me if im wrong but were working off a limited space server. if the op included pics wouldnt that just be a waste of bandwith and server space? i was just wondering if something like that could be or would be.. if nobody is wanting to do it, i would be willing to be in charge of the classifieds..

Server space and bandwidth is a non-issue and there are quite a few benefits to leaving completed classifieds around. An archive of classifieds provides a few important things:

1. It helps sellers and buyers determine a fair price by comparing past prices
2. It provides information about the sale in-case either party needed to contact one another down the round or if a dispute arises.
3. It shows that things do indeed get sold, encouraging more members to list their items for sale, thus more buying and selling opportunities are created.

Classified threads shall continue to be closed and kept available upon completion of a sale.
