I've always used EPS format for clothing companies. Also I don't like having FRF and the site on the same side of the shirt... I just feel like it's repetitive. Am I reading that the truck is gonna go on the back of the shirt? I personally would prefer it on the front... maybe we could get some polls going once Brian's friend plops a design on us? Also I don't like the small pocket graphic idea... screenprinting costs the same big or small if you're gonna do 2 sided so go big or go home... I just think the site name is long enough we shouldn't shrink it... and I think it'd be silly up front by itself so here's my 2 suggestions....

Brian - is your guy doing a truck design or something totally different?? Just curious....

There's my opinions... for what it's worth... hehe

Marie --

I presented your idea to him (truck crashing out of the front of the shirt, with the tail shot on the back of the shirt), but he's an artist -- no telling where he'll go with it until we see it. you know how those artist types can be....

Might be worth it even with the variables in shipping costs compared to priority flat rate bags of the same type. A couple more days in transit is worth it in the savings to you and ultimately, us.

Yeah...those padded envelopes are not cheap!
We cally them Jiffy bags at work. They're made by Jiffy. White bubble wrapped padded envelopes.

I think I know the bags Shane was talking about. They are thing but strong, they are made of a fiber that has been laminated or something like that. Thats why I get shirts that I order online in usually.

I found out what the "bags" are called. They are Tyvek envelopes. If you use the free Tyvek envelopes from USPS you have to ship Priority mail. I didn't do much research on the price to buy them somewhere else to be able to ship at a lower cost but the cheapest I found was $50/box of 100. Here is the link for the USPS site.

Yeah, what he said (having a puzzled look on my face).

IDK what the hell they're properly called. lol. I just know I've gotten those envelopes before. I don't wanna do the ten thousand word description again. lol.

The USPS link sounds and looks right, but it's hard to tell given the baby pic and vague description they give. Maybe monday I'll grab one and do a vid. YES...a vid. lol.

I THINK these are them? Poly Envelopes.

I know you didn't know what they were called which is why I went and found them(I didn't know what they were ether). The poly envelopes are the same thing. Only difference between the two is that Tryvek is made by Dupont and that happens to be what USPS uses.

I don't like the way the tires look on the new one, they don't look agressive like the old one, other than that it looks fine

I love it!!! The only thing I could begin to say is I don't like non-aggressive tires but I love it!!

Here's some inspiration....

I'm with the others on the tires. But I do love the revised design. I think if there's a way to make the tire lines disappear like the original, that would aide in creating a more aggressive look.

I'll have to agree with everyone else, looks a lot better minus the tire tread issue.
