we could turn out how to section into the offcial tech libary. i'm on a camaro forum that has that. people submit it and if its good it goes into the libary if not its just a post or a stickey

biggest thing is some1 to approve them or a board of ppl the forum deems of the right skill set and intelligence to approve the articles written.

or just have a poll on the thread for all to answer on

Or have people who have successfully received good information from it and answer the poll as to whether is was helpful or not, kind of like a review of a product you purchase online. You can review the information and post if it was helpful or not. If there is enough positive reviews about the information it goes to the library. If something was incorrect, they post the information they found to be correct as well, like if a diagram is incorrect.

Just an idea.
