This appears to be true just by looking at your feedback. You have two feedback counts.
Members who left positive: 25
Total positive feedback: 29

To be completely blunt, it's that way because that's how the developer of the feedback system made it, and there is no option to change it.
However, it's not by any means a negative thing. Having those two stats separated prevents abuse of the system, but also helps visualize how often you have repeat transactions with the same user(s) as that could be viewed as a positive as well.
Plus, IMHO it's much more telling of a user who has 25 positive ratings from 25 different users than someone who has 25 positive ratings from 5 users 5 times.
