Default Specific Year Cluster Breakdowns?

Im sure this has been mentioned before but just curious why we dont when most forums have it. Id love for the forum to also added the year cluster breakdowns so if you specifically wanted to post or look for a specific style/years of rangers you could go to it. For instance beens I have an 06, id be awesome to have our own 06-07 spot as well as others having 08-10, 01-03, etc. Im not trying to make a big deal out of it, but I just like that setup and would love for it to be here. I know this forum is not just all about me but just seeing about the idea. Thanks.

Thanks for the support guys. I honestly just think it really helps clean things up and im not saying I dislike the other year rangers, and even though rangers are more similar throughout the years than maybe other vehicles, I just think it make things so much cleaner and easier.

Like if I have a question about mirrors, or bumpers, grills, emblems, or other things that can differ alot throughout the years, its so nice to just click on like a "ranger tech" button, than look through the year grouping selections, find "06-07" click on it and post w.e I need and know that whoever writes back or responds are specific to my specific application and will work good. Also if I only wanna read up on the new threads on my style ranger than I can, not go through things from early 90 rangers, or just different things that I have no interest and aren't even close to something on mine.

Again not saying this should only be about me or trying to be selfish, im just trying to throw out examples and how I am seeing it from and how I think it would really help out the forum and be a good addition.

You would have to just break it down into generations instead of years.

Why does the title say cluster?

I couldn't think of a good word to use at the time, I was busy working on some school stuff. The only problem with generations is the fact that rangers are so similar compared to other cars just going by generation wouldn't help seperate the different changes like it does for other model vehicles. Thats why I suggest the years. Maybe have some sub headings. Like generations, then once you click on the newer 98 and up generation, then have some sub choices for breakdowns of specific year groupings that people can go in and post there.

Actually, it was an accurate definition of what you wanted to suggest.

Yes I agree but it still sounds kind of weird with the wording and the way I put it as a title. I agree that idk why the word cluster is a big deal but w.e

back on topic, whether you want to call it cluster, grouping, breakdown, w.e I think itd be a good idea so I was seeing what others thought of my idea.

Well you can break it down into generations and jus put the title
Generation 1 (1983-1989)

Only reasson I asked about cluster. I though when I saw it you were gonna talk about the instrument gauges.
after opening thread I was then kinda confused

lol i thought that also.

After more thought, i wouldn't be for dividing the forum much further than it already is, no offense. Mostly because i wouldn't think of looking at other years while they could contain tips and tricks, also useful for my truck.

If anything, i would include the year of the vehicle in question in the title of the thread. Not sure if that's what STL suggested, i'm tired.
