Default manually insert pictures?

I have been trying to load some more pics in my profile. It denies them saying I have to load them manually due to size. How do I load them in manually?

I've never seen an error message that says anything about manually loading pictures due to size, only manually resizing pictures due to size. Either way, sounds like the files are just too large and need to be reduced in size.

I think you can do some basic editing via photobucket too, size, crop, text, etc.
