OK I admit I only read the first and last pages, so this may have been mentioned in any of pages 2 & 3.
The same thing happens with Firefox after it's update a few months ago.
It's warning has a link to click where you do the captcha thing, and then tell them it is not a phishing site (in your own words). Then you can proceed to the FRF home page.
