It is almost as much fun to watch that slime bag looser keep TRYING to bring down his alleged opposition and nemesis forums and completely bomb every time. Its like watching retarded a bird fly into a window cause it see's the reflection of the sky.

For everyone but Rick, yes. Rick however has built an enterprise on taking over and destroying internet forums.

Seems like that is the only thing he can do correctly

I'm not sure if correctly is the right word since he doens't even do that correctly. He's a sleaze bag and being sleazy isn't a correct way to earn income. Consistent, he is.

So Tom could get a huge settlement and pay for gas, rooming and a few activities to everyone and make this the biggest FRF meet everrr.

Yeah... that's not how it works.

For starters, what you are talking about would require me devoting a lot of time, and a lot of money towards; and currently the cost/benefit ratio opposes your idea.

Secondly, copyright law specifies that a person submitting a false claim is "liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees." Attorney fees is a gimme, but damages would be tough to put a monetary value to. It would be very difficult to place a monetary value on the damages he has caused to an operation that runs at a net loss. So even if a judgement is made in our favor, the awarded sum would probably be pretty small.

Third, Rick is just a guy, so even if your fantasy of being awarded tons of money came true, there's a very slim chance he would be capable of paying it.

I was kidding in the first post, but the second one could be do-able up to a certain point. Precedents have been set, allowing substantial amounts of money for having wronged one's reputation. In the event he couldn't pay, an order of seizure could always be put in place...

In any case, i was just having fun with the idea of a counter-ls, don't mind me

It's been a week since his last claim was returned for failure to fill out the paperwork correctly, so for now this case is closed.
Well Rick finally figured out how to properly fill out the paperwork

Not going to lie, I'm a little surprised he is still trying to play these games.

Probably because its the only human interaction he has all day. He has no friends. His family hates him. All the people on all the forums hate him. The only people that pay attention to his life are the people he files false and malicious legal claims with. But even they hate him, its just their job to pay attention.
