when i am driving whether i am in neutral or gear my truck has a shake and a thump thump sound i noticed that there are no outside wheel wheigts is that why or what would cause this?

Are you pos. the wheel weights are not on the inside of the wheel?

Also sitting and not moving will not be a result from no wheel weights

Need some info on what year truck engine transmission miles

it only shakes when i am moving it is a 94 2.3 5 speed with 193000 miles the shaking gets a little worse as i go faster tire pressure is okay and yes the weigts are on the inside but i thought you have to balance the inside and outside?

You can go to a tire shop and have them checked walamart may check them for free and only charge if it is out of balance

Mine have different size weights on each wheel spaced out. so one may have fallen off

I always get mine balanced and then document each tires weight so I can periodically check

Crawl under the truck and inspect the ball joints

Get your tires checked to eliminate that

had it looked at was a outside tie rod end thanks forr advice
