Heater box clearance?

Is there another heater box out there that i can use for my truck to get more room for the valve covers? I am not useing ac, so do they make a smaller box? The ranger is a 1989.

on the average they make only about 25rwhp, but the GT40p is a better working head because of the tighter combution chambers about 58cc. that will get your compression were you want it with a flattop...

Thats good with the AOD! I bet it would go 6.90's with a C4, But with the 4.30 gears it would be turning some high RPM on the road..
