1993-2011 use the same style bed. Earlier beds might mount up OK but they look different. Found that on google in 5 minutes.

Replace both control arms, if one is bad the other will need replacement soon. 90,000 is about the average lifespan. I guess you are low on funds but buy OEM control arms and adjustable camber bolts....

If you pull anywhere close to the max expect 13-16 mpg max since the turbocharger will constantly be spooled up.

Probably carbon build up in the heads. At 110,000 miles I would doubt a bad EGR valve. A timing chain rattle would be evident all the time.

Those size tires don't exist. 33/12.50/20 tires exist but would look totally ghetto on a Ranger.
