It's a 4 cyl engine and you're wanting to put 31" tires on it. Next you'll be complaining about lack of power and wanting to know how to add power to turn them

Changeing the pump is a quick 10 min job.. getting to it is the hours of dirt and rust chore.

I would go with Caleb's fix. Epoxy would do much better than crazy glue. It's a little thicker and more likely to stay in place to make a more permanent fix. Just my 2. Never had much luck with...

Right above the heater and AC controls will be two screws. I believe they are 7mm. Remove them and pry the whole bezel out radio, 4wd switch (if applicable) and all comes out. Never had a problem so...
