exactly, did it suck being without my truck for 2 weeks? oh yes but it didn't cost me a dime. I really have no reason to complain as that was the first real issue i had with all my trucks

That's why they have warranties. The 3.3 is still too new to really judge reliability

I know on my 68 T-bird. the oil pressure sending unit is on the top rear of the motor, already where there is the least amount of pressure, if I'm stopped in traffic it is not uncommon for the gauge...

that sending unit is just a low pressure switch. the gauge is a dummy gauge. i think if its above 8psi it reads right in the middle, below that its pegged on L. you need to check the wiring

check to see WHY it is misfiring, proper spark, compression, fuel flow? If it goes away after the engine has some heat in it, could mean a loose head or...
