Re: 2019 Ranger configurator

I can get a WRX premium for that price. No way I'd spend that much on a truck.

Re: Ranger won't start

You can rent a compression check gauge from advance or auto zone for free. Or buy one. I think they are around $20 and very useful for small engines also.

Go to a farm store and buy a horse mat. Cut it to fit and now you have a very durable and custom fit mat for less money.

Re: Camper Shell Damaged in transit..wwyd?

Re: Misplaced Plug

We are going to need more info. Trace the wires back as far as you can. Look closely to see if there are any markings on the plug or wire itself. Plus the year and engine would help!

Re: need new ball jointsss..

The nuts are supposed to be like that. They are called crush nuts. The idea is to go on once and lock to the bolt. They built up some heat which is normal. This is one way keep the nut from vibrating...

Re: need new ball jointsss..

Re: 6 Speed vs 10 Speed for Off roading

It's insane how much cheaper a manual is than an auto. However, they are cramming these overly complicated and engineered to fail slush boxes down our throats. Ford has destroyed their reputation for...

Re: upper control arm...

2.0 to v8

Re: upper control arm...

It might ride fine but it's not safe. IMO lifting or lowering should be illegal because it is so easy to mess up the geometry and cause unexpected handling issues especially at higher speeds. I have...

Re: upper control arm...

The Moog a-arm should be very close to OEM sizes. Close enough that you can drive it a couple days before getting an alignment but I recommend getting one within a week.
