I read online that a 5r55e with a pcm programmed for a 4r44e will work as a 4 speed cuz the internals are the same, i would get a 3.0 4r44e but they are almost impossible to find and a rebuild is out...

Turns out it was a bad gas tank seal and water was mixing with the ethanol in the tank and sinking to the bottom. I fixed it in january, just thought id post an update.

Wow thats odd, my heater valve is gone cuz i replaced the lines with just plain heater hose but the vacuum line is capped.

Last time i ran to the parts store without a muffler i had about 6" of pipe after the cat and it sounded like a V8! I had 3 ppl try to race me at red lights lol i might have beat them if my exhaust...

The diffrence between single output and dual is the torque, i went from a dual output muffler to a single output with a Y pipe and got back some low end torque.

Do a SI/SO muffler so the exhaust velocity doesnt drop off and kill your torque and do a Y pipe after the muffler, and dont forget the 3" tips!!!
