Re: Things they don't tell you about a V8 swap

I'm looking for a center dash vent for a '95+ Ranger interior. There are two styles - one design has a shutoff control on the outside edge of the vents. That one will not work for me. I need the...

Re: M5OD-R1 or M5OD-R1-HD

All of the Ranger engines shared the same Mazda transmission from '89 on IIRC. There were slight variations in gearing, and several versions of the transmission manufactured to match the appropriate...

Re: M5OD-R1 or M5OD-R1-HD

Re: FRF Watercooler/BS Thread 2017

I have a Vulcan 750 that's torn apart in the garage because I spun a rod bearing only a few hours of use after getting it running.

There's an '83 Silverwing 650 with parts split between the...

Re: FRF Watercooler/BS Thread 2017

Dang. I've gotten some cheap bikes over the years but that's insane.

Re: Cruise Control Not working, Speed Control Light blinking

Did the old switches function? If so, you can just plug them back in to at quickly confirm if the issue is in the new equipment you installed.

Re: 2019 ranger pricing finalized info inside.p

And small wheels are long gone. Even if you were able to order it with 15's, tire options are getting more limited every year and their prices continue to rise.

Re: 4X4 Light on all the time

Re: Oil and Type A/C Compressor 1992 Ranger

R12A isn't a direct drop in replacement, it's just marketed that way. No reputable shop will deal with your system if it's in there, and whether it's legal to use in the US at all is murky.

Re: Oil and Type A/C Compressor 1992 Ranger

I understand that it's been replaced, I'm just wondering what was run in the compressor before.

You even replaced the evaporator?

Has it previously been converted to R134 or are you just doing that now?
