hmmm line a crimped connection? i could see that. or you mean hose diameter? i'd imagine larger than a p/s line.

i recall people talking about accidentally installing the clutch disk backwards and it was doing something similar... but it was doing that before you replaced the clutch, right?

yeah, you can swap the odometer spool from one 95-03 cluster to another 95-03. it's easy just tedious. worst part about it is recalibrating the speedo like i mentioned in your other thread.

depends on the year model range of your truck and the donor cluster's. pretty much any 1995 thru 2003 cluster will swap over. same for 04+. not sure on the years for pre-1995.

anyway, mine makes about a half a quart disappear over 3,000 miles. it's got 178k miles...

sounds like a fun project! you'll definitely want to get a stronger trans than the one that came with the 4cyl ranger. you could find either an M5od-r2 or a t5, both are common. here's a good read...

after you buy a tuner, it'll be a while before you break even, say if you got +1 mpg out of it. i think sct tuners are like $400 for the MAP priced ones. probably be around 100,000 miles before its...
