Bump Got a routine set out. Gonna force myself to do it for 12 weeks. 3 times per week. Hopefully with my new job I'll be at the gym more since I get off at 5 and not midnight.

I honestly don't bother with supplements anymore. Protein shakes are easily replaced with milk. Creatine and pre workout might be worth it.
Considered a mass gainer tho

Yeah, I can usually tell when I have to start cycling off.
And I've always liked pre-workout, it's especially potent when you haven't used it in a few months. But I notice I adapt to pre-workouts...
