Re: This isn't about rangers, but I need advice.

Try to find something with at least a 60,000 mile warrenty, even if it is an off brand. Keep the papers and if they wear out you get a new set.

Re: paint or not paint??????

If going to black and you want it to last a long time then you would be better off haveing them powder coated. Most places will powder coat for cheap. A local place here told me 50 bucks to powder...

Re: Question on Wheel Size

On a 33x12.50 your going to want a 10 inch wide rim, any thing narrower your going to get a balloon effect with the tire. on a 31X10.5 you will need a 8 inch wide rim, it will not seat right or look...

Re: How big can I go

You maybe able to fit 285/75R16's under there but you will rub when turning unless you turn up the t-bars.

Re: what width rim should i get to put 33 12.5 15 on my fx4 level II

RCD makes a suspension system for these trucks that converts the front suspension from t-bars to coil-overs, however when I contacted them about it they said they were not making it any more. I may...

Re: wrangler radial 235 mpg problems

I'm guessing that these are 235/75R15 tires you purchased and went up from a 225/75R16. The acceleration loss is due to the increase in tire height and width and due to the weight difference. Also...

Re: help please

The module could be to blame but there may be more wrong some where in the ignition system (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, or distributor). Could be a fuel problem, like clogged fuel filter or bad pump...

Re: what width rim should i get to put 33 12.5 15 on my fx4 level II

With just t-bars cranked up I would go with 32's you would be less likely to rub but if you want 33's go for it. 10.5 tires should be on 8 inch wide rims while 12.5 tires should be on 10 inch wide...

Re: squeaky 2003 ranger

Is it a suspension squeak or a squeak you hear while driving, because I had an annoying squeak that ended up coming from where my C/V shaft goes into the wheel hub on my '99. I squirted a little oil...
