Yup, that's the ticket! I was thinking of actually using the bed bolts to mount the box. Did you have issues with leaves or debris getting stuck behind or under the box when you didn't have a topper...

My 2010 XLT

Picked this up last August (my second Ranger). It was a bone stock, one owner, XLT loaded (no 4X4) V6 4.0, with about 30K miles.

I've done a few things so far, but gotta keep the warranty in tack...
