Thanks, maybe I'm thinking it's tougher than it really is. The pins are swaged like rivets, they will need the heads removed or to be cut to be removed. I'm going to take a crack on it next...

Disconnect door wiring
I'm about to replace hinge pins on my 1999, and I'm working out how to access them. One possibility is to remove the door completely, is there a wiring connector at one end or the other of the wire...
