maybe run a 01-03 4x4 or edge hood. I seem to remember the powerdome hood having a bit more clearance.

want some actual advice?

if you want to make it as fast as you say, you should consider intercooling it. Since you are running the m90 off of a 3.8, they do make one for it.

Whipple did make a supercharged 3.0 many many years ago. Hell, when I first got my 02 you could still buy it brand new from whipple (that shows my age lol). They didnt run much boost (5-6psi IIRC)...
