Your shocks are really just a secondary item limiting your travel - The CV's are the primary. Hell, the stock shocks are a 'protection' of sorts against overextending/destroying the CV's.

Step #2: Pick up the phone.
Step #3: Talk to an actual person at your local alignment place.
Step #4: Ask them how much it costs.
