Maybe I am wrong, 04-06 Mazdas and Rangers are on the airbag recall so I thought the Mazda bags would look similar to the Ford ones but I can't find any photos of one.

Just noticed your truck has a 07+ steering wheel/airbag setup. Did you add that in yourself?

Direct swap, but remember:

Reg cab seats bolt into only reg cabs

Ext. cab seats bolt only into Ext. cabs.

The only things in there that really matter are:

04 extended cab

Going into

Reg cab.

Sure, you can get seat tracks, but they won't help you any. 98+ trucks have non removable tracks so...

96 to 01 BUT NOT NEWER unless you like cutting and welding new brackets.

4 door expo seats bolt into the extended cab trucks but reg cab trucks need reg cab tracks.

Keep the 01 buckles with the 01 truck and 08 buckles with the 08 truck. Should work.

Any extended cab seats should bolt in (I say should, some people say they have had issues) but the easiest would be 01 to 03 extended cab (can't stress that part enough) seats. 04+ seats are pretty...

I believe you can, I know that people have easily swapped in those seats and that the tracks are different but come right out, so logically that should mean the 97 and older tracks should fit right...

They should easily come out of your Ranger seats, mine had a bolt through the tensioner, or a but that went on a threaded pole, and just swap it into the expo seats (moding slightly might be...

Sorry if I am not completely accurate, I studied this a lot when I was getting new seats for my 02, but only ever messed with my Ranger seats... And you're right, they aren't welded... I can't...

Ok... If you have an extended cab you can just bolt up the seats from the expo (if it was a 4 door) to your truck.

If you have a single cab or the seats are not from a 4 door, the tracks come off...
